Sorry Nando, but I would rather try to give Parrott game time and spend Nandos salary elsewhere.

Early days but got a good feeling

Parrott and Skipp will make it at the highest level. I have no doubt about them at all.
Skipp impresses me more each time we see him. Some people were far too harsh on him last season given his age and the responsibility of playing in CM for a top team in high pressure games.

Skipp is going to have a big role this season as a depth option. I would have no problem with him getting 25-30 appearances across all competitions. Mental he is only 18.

I am liking the pressing - hopefully its a sign of things to come for this season

Will be interesting to see if CE gets any minutes later and which of the reserve keepers gets a chance in Lloris absence

Excellent, 30 minutes into pre season and knives already being sharpened for Dele.

I was going to make a post about seeing dele now being deployed in that left side of midfield position similar to Pogba when he was at Juve and we need to give him time to develop in that role and we will reap the rewards but this season will be a challenge for him as he transitions but thought nah it's only first half of first pre-season game, no need.

I was wrong.

I think I'd be content with KWP and Foyth as our RB options this year. If we can sell Aurier to raise funds for other youngsters we should do it.

Juve seems much affected by the humidity. Seemed knackered for a strong lineup or rather they kinda in hlaf holiday mood. We looked quite fit
