I crashed and rolled my car on the day of the final in 2008 on my way to work. It allowed me to have the rest of the day off, thus being able to watch the game.

pre warn the wife to stay out of sight before KO, if ever we are winning and she talks to me or comes in the room I watch or listen to, we seem to lose the lead very quickly and on usually go onto lose ... eg once playing Fulham 2-0 up lost 3-2, and that famous Man C 3-0 up 10 men City winning 4-3
