NBA courts are notoriously harder than football pitches.

I don't think we are looking at Zion shoe blowout situation...
That was Zion's fault for wearing Kyries when he should have worn LeBrons, he chose fashion over function.

That Sketchers money must be nice because there's no way I'm giving up wearing Air Max', Air Force 1s, Jordans, Tech Pack etc for Sketchers.

Ok this is all well and good, but now we need to show Harry on the pitch why he should stay. This is the only way he will sign a new contract.

He's a bellend but his info is generally decent.

Also chimes with one of the ITKs suggesting Levy wanted most of the money up front and Bayern wanted to pay it over 3 years.
I don’t ever buy this “payment structure” excuse except when it relates to a club that needs paying up front in order to survive.

contracts can be drafted to provide that longer payment terms are subject to inflation or currency fluctuations etc.

Football debts are secured and enforced by fifa and we are dealing with BM not a club that might go bust.

we have access to credit and in no apparent need for cash flow that can’t be achieved in different ways.

In short, I just don’t believe a deal falls down on this basis if the overall bookable value is acceptable.

I'd just really like all this to be over now, one way or another. Exhausted.

The only way it would be over is if we sell him or if he signs a new contract. The whole season it’ll be who he goes to on a free, and also in January all this will start again with clubs contemplating buying him as he can play in the CL knockout games. Maybe how good he is balances it out but I don’t really know how this hanging over the club is helpful when we’re meant to be starting fresh with Postecoglu.

I’ll be so shocked if Bayern comes in with another offer. They have been totally embarrassed by levy, and should literally leave now with their tails between their legs.

Dortmund fans are laughing at them.

Bayern have been Levy’d! Need a meme for this.

Can't remember who but there was one post with a fairly detailed breakdown of the financials IIRC.

I'm sure some keen go-getter will know which post I'm talking about.

Basically said that Levy wanted 75% of the fee upfront. However, after that we got the acceptable offer received message.

Kane staying is a massive boost for our CL hopes this season.

We would have the God mode cheat code in Kane, for one more season.

With Ange new game plan, of more possession, I dare say we wont lose the games to oppositions that are below us. With regards to direct rivals, its down to how well we shut the door at the back.

We need them to push go on their back up option.

He's not going to touch the long-term one but if Kane signs that short term contract and extends till say 2025 or 2026 with something like an £85m buyout active from say June to end of July next summer then that would be ideal. Removes the uncertainty for a season and gives Ange and the rest of the football operation time to make proper contingency plans in case the first season is rocky. We'll also know what we're going to get price wise, and ensure we're not selling him at the start of next season or during this one.

Kane and Maddison with our new defense, something is really cooking! On paper we are better than arsenal, and they are title contenders.
