No way. Kane is done waiting. If we don't get top 4 or miraculously win the UCL and United (assuming they do) want him he's off. Our only hope is if they choose to go for Osimhen and Kane has no realistic PL move.
Not sure about that, itk has suggested otherwise. I think this week is a big one though, back Conte with signings and keep him happy then I think Kane will be. Whether he extends yet is doubtful but I can see him wait a bit to see what we do in the summer. Although if we do get investment from QSI I wouldn't be surprised by a big money contract. He and his family look happy here.

And while we are at it how about hiring there scouting team . Look at the players they have bought in over last 2-3 years ! Players from all over the world that have come to England and looked built for the premier league
Chelsea and Newcastle have already raided Brighton's scouting team over the last 12 months, haven't they?

Maybe if Conte leaves but if not I guess the question will be whether he would want their suggested targets. He tends to want known quality so the Brighton model may not work for us.

If he wants to go let him. Cant blame him. He has done so much for us.
That said...cant really see where he should go to get his medals. Man u? Newcastle? They might not win anything the coming years.

ITK has suggested otherwise to which part?

Yeah Trix only recently mentioned
Sounded like opinion if I read the same post you're referring to.

Conte getting backed and signing a new deal, QSI potentially investing and I can possibly see him staying past the summer, otherwise I really cannot see him not going to Utd.

There was only ever 2 prem teams he was realistically going to go over the last 2 or 3 years and thats City and Utd, City missed their chance trying to low ball and now have Haaland. Utd have been a shit show for years, ETH seems to have them back on the right path now and have a huge Kane shaped hole in the central striker position.

If things don't play out in our favour as I said above, not a chance Kane will wait for yet another manager, another philosophy and another squad overall to see if he can finally win something with us, no way.

If it goes tits up for us and Utd get CL this season, Utd i'm sure will just pay whatever the asking price is.

I can probably deal with him lifting trophies elsewhere but I could not see him break Shearer's record in a United shirt.

It would be all about how he did it at United and the connection would be with them rather than the club he scored pretty much all of those goals at.

Personally, I would more like to remember Kane as the greatest Tottenham club scorer. Thats enough for me.
No body is going to forget Kane & Spurs connection when he breaks shearer record.

Club is more important than individual. If Kane leaves for his own career , I wish him good luck. I hope he goes to Bayern instead of PL clubs. If he goes to another PL club, I will treat him as a opponent player. Day he retires he would be back in my good books.

If Kane leaves this summer, its more important for us to look within and see how we can push forward than be sad with regrets

There is something slightly amusing if he does go to Utd as the general feeling was that if ETH came here that Kane would probably be more likely to go and that it was only really Conte coming that convinced him to stay.

If Kane wants out to win trophies, at his age, he has to get the next move right. Man U are not guaranteed to win anything. Only City can do that. And they don't want him. He has to decide what's more important, winning cups or breaking shearer's record. If the former, he'd be best off playing for RM or Bayern.

I’m very interested on how this unfolds this summer.

Spurs still have power here with Kane. Clubs like United need a new fancy striker this summer, they’re not going to wait another full season for Kane. You slap a £100mm asking price on him and make them pay up. If they can’t get him, they’ll pay 100mm on a player like Oshimen. From Kane’s point of view, you’re now going to be a free agent at 31, even less mobile, and wondering if you’d get the star role / money he’s after in the big 6 with clubs chasing the shiner, younger players. I do think if we get top 4, he gets the trophy monkey off his back, we back the manager, etc. he wouldn’t rule out staying at the club.

FYI if he truly wants out though, I’d absolutely be up to replacing him with Vlahovic. Can’t be great for team morale if your talisman thinks he’s above us + he’s not getting any younger

I’m not sure we hold the power anymore when Kane will have 1 year left on his contract and could possibly go on a free the following summer, that scenario would be a catastrophe.
Our best ever academy player leaving on a free.

Reckon Levy will be only too happy to try get 100M for Kane in the summer, even if it means dumping most of it on a new striker.
Personally, like most, I hope Harry stays, as I have no trust in Levy fecking off to France and returning with some striker we never heard of called N'jidombelekoudo.
