Sad news. What we have to remember is this is the player that forced his way out. A player that called for ambition numerous times yet failed to turn up in all of the finals we’ve been in. The player that essentially called out his team mates for not being good enough yet have helped him massively to achieve the goals he has.

The best striker we’ve had, yet we’ve won nothing and he has soured his reputation completely with us as a fan base. Time to move on, rebuild. Rip the plaster off and we go again.

Kind of hoping Kane and KDB run into each other while attempting to show off in training and smash each others' weak points now. Karma is a bitch... ?

Yeah, harsh, but it hurts a bit. ?

Announce the deal on Sunday morning so the fans can let him know exactly how they feel the during the match. Silly boy, he will look back in years to come and realise how much he fucked it all up.

@Romario

Look mate, I'm all for being optimistic. But there's a fine line for also being outright deluded for where we're at currently.

We're genuinely going to need to sign 5+ players in 3 weeks at the bare minimum - just to be competitive (CB, RB, CM, ST, ST).

I really hope Paratici has all of his targets lined up because we're running out of time and have left ourselves with a lot of work to do.

I ain't that concerned. Yes he scored tons of goals but we won jack with him, whereas a team like Leicester played without Kane and achieved a whole lot more than we have in recent years. We'll be fine. Just have to buy decent and get a proper way of playing.

Thanks and farewell H.

We are ripping the plaster off and then realizing we needed stitches and we only have a certain amount of time left to get to the hospital until we bleed to death!

You don’t replace Kane, there’s literally no one in the world that could at his position, in my opinion. Instead, you build a good, all-around team. Romero’s a great start, but wooboy, plenty of work to do.

I see both of your points. Neither are wrong.

BUT we have to judge Paratici once the window has closed.

Id very much hope we would be bringing in his replacements before we sell him to City but doesnt seem like anyone is close. Disappointed in him, the fact we are selling to City, that weve caved and also that the fee wont be as high as £150mill after all the talk of our price or get lost (unless the add ons are massive and easily achievable).

And to be competitive for only 6-10th place. Top 5 miles ahead of us
