First time that’s he’s looked like the Kane we all know. He’s looked a bit isolated up front most games I’ve seen him (similar to when he plays for the national team) but he’s relaxed into it and started dropping to get more involved in play.

I thought that in the midweek game, he just looked to be a bit isolated and uninvolved overall.
Didn't see the game today but glad to hear that he's settling into his team and with his team mates.
He said himself that it's still early days when Henry was being a twat and while I want us to win something before he does, I can't begrudge the bloke success.

Nothing better sums up Bundesliga defending against Bayern than his assist to Sane. First he's allowed to control, look up and then pass the ball without anyone near him. And Sane runs through without the LCB in sight.

The German league really is a bit plodding. No wonder they don't charge too much for tickets.

He will elevate Sane's game too I reckon. A player I have always rated but felt he lacked a bit of ruthlessness at times

Watched highlights of the last few games and him and Sane could develop into a really serious combination.

Always pissed me off when former managers and pundits would continuously bang on about how Kane has to stop dropping deep and stay in the box.

Yes he's one of the best finishers in the world, has been for some time, but why on earth would you stop a player doing one of the things he does best? You'd never get pundits saying Messi should stop dropping deep and linking play and getting tonnes of assists? I know they play slightly different positions but the point stands.

I'm genuinely trying to think of another true striker that has that De Bruyne like vision and passing like Kane has, Rooney was very good at it, but Kane is better, Henry also was very good, Berbatov too, but Kane for me is on another level with his passing, truly brilliant.

I'd absolutely love him to come back one day.

Hat trick and two assists! I reckon the Bavarians World are only just realising what they've got.
FYP. Which we all knew since 5,6 years ago. Am sure everyone will be clamouring how late blooming he is to have scored loads in a big club finally winning something (presumably) end of season at this age.

Lol, the lack of pressing and huge spaces allowed to Bayern/Kane were astonishing.

I thought I have set the video on 0.75x speed playback.

I was starting to not miss him but every week he keeps banging them in I have this nagging feeling of how amazing we could have been had he been here under our current set up

He didn't want to necessarily leave nor did he want to sign an extention

Levy made the business decision to sell

He wanted to leave more than he wanted to stay...

Otherwise he would of signed a new contract.

It's that simple.

Agree. He clearly wanted to leave.

He was so keen on leaving in fact that he probably forfeited the choice of more attractive moves next summer in exchange for being able to leave immediately.
