Truth be told Harry Kane was our Alex Rodriguez when who we really needed was Derek Jeter.
To those not familiar with American Baseball. Both players played for the New York Yankees at a time the Yankees were regularly appearing in the post season and challenging for the World Series. During the regular season AR was a great hitter winning the Yankees many a game while Derek Jeter was a consistent but unspectacular player. Come the post season though and those roles were reversed. AR would regularly be a no show whilst DJ rose to the occasion ;he was so good in the post season his nickname is Mr. October. We could have done with HK being a consistently good striker throughout the season but a great striker in the big Cup Games and Title affecting league games. Oh well.

‘Former’? I don’t know how to be a fan and then not be a fan of a team. I was born in NYC. Bronx Bomber all the way. Also loved the Dolphins since childhood. It isn't even close. I get people are on a downer with him and the situation but come on, that doesn't mean common sense should be abandoned in favour of the vitriol.
