for those of us old enough to remember not just fight fans!!.... one of the voices of boxing along with the late reg gutteridge

loved by fan & fighters alike & an absolute gentleman.

sadly passed away today aged 84

one man in particular tonight i'm sure will be deeply saddened by his passing

yeah, I remember the days of watching the boxing matches on terrestial TV.

He was a legend, boxing was huge back then, like snooker - massive events that you would sit around the TV and watch together as a family.

RIP 'arry.
