Can't stand JP Dellacamera, so mostly watching on mute, but what an awful collision between Lozano and the T&T goalkeeper. Was never a penalty, despite Mexican protests. Hope the lad is okay.

CONCACAF is really weak overall. Just waiting for USA, USA to suffer another ignominious exit. Honestly though, will be interesting if they can continue to build on recent success. They're building quite a decent team!

I heard that but it's good to hear that other people agree with that. I kind of lost touch with the team Once they lost on the cow pasture in Trinidad .

There's a serious team building. Some real young talent there now. Not sure they'll be winning a world cup any time soon, but I don't think they'll struggle to qualify for quite a while.

Nah. We threw this tournament. This is essentially an all MLS side B/C squad for the US. We opted for the Nations League & gave the A squad a pre season with their clubs.

CONCACAF concacaf’d very hard again on the Chucky Lozano injury. Brtual from the ref & a really, really terrible head/neck injury to Lozano. Didnt look good at all & had to be carted off in a neck brace.

Without the confederations cup this tournament seems to mean a lot less than it used to.

Plus you're right about the nation's League and the fact that 14 world cup qualifiers have to take place over the next 12 months or so. Should be Mexicos event to lose.

Yeah, I saw that. None of your top players at Gold Cup. But if T&T can put it up to Mexico, surely you can as well!

Im not expecting anything out of this tournament in the way of winning it over Mexico as its being used as a young players mls showcase I think and don't actually care much so Im not sure why I'm so triggered by the US XI tonight but here I am! Dike not starting when he should be putting on a show for clubs looking at him. Unless a move is actually done & he's leaving for pre season, that's abysmal from Berhalter. Fireable offense.

Very underwhelming. You feel like the US should be able to press Haiti into a load of mistakes. Very disjointed. Not much possession, a few half chances and that's the game so far

Haiti has 5 players out with covid, their president just got. assassinated and yet the game is still in doubt. this is why I dont follow the national team. this isnt an aberration.
