We clearly need a good rotation option for Richarlison up top and we BADLY need a central defender and a wide attacker with pace who can take on people 1:1 - all equally important I think. If we don't get one, two or three of these types of players in the squad we are going to be badly short this season.

There is no "he is the chosen one" at this point. He is a promising prospect from the Belgian League. £30m is extremely expensive for a player with this small of a sample size in a relatively weak league.

Yes, there have been some players from that league who have turned out well, but that isn't always going to be the case. Have to spent smart, not dumb.

He's been injured for ages hardly a competition. Before that could barely play for city.

You could literally pick out a full eleven of Brazilians that could play number 9.
Although not specialist centre forwards you've got Neymar, Vinicius jr, Rodrygo, Gabriel Jesus, Firmino (who contrary to popular belief hasnt retired), Matheus Cunha. Richarlison is considered by the national team manager to be a better option in the 9 role than any of these others which says a lot of how highly regarded he is.
He's no Ronaldo or Kane but I think he can facilitate Son and Deki getting at least 15 a season each and contribute with his own tally once they get their shooting boots on.

Regarding Orban...from what I have seen he's a bit like Richarlison except with a bit more pace and less aeriel ability.

6 goals in 6 games. I feel every game he plays, if he keeps on scoring his price rises. Perhaps that’s where we need to be quicker in identifying players at this level and secure them quickly. Seems the longer we take after identifying, the more the prices goes up as interest gathers.
