Liking a spurs Instagram post. Found this elsewhere, as not on Instagram myself, but apparently he hasn’t removed the like.

This is surely quite significant.

Indicates he’s very close to a move.
I think you are onto something. This wasn't a friendly, an actual league game. He also started their first league game and scored a goal, now all of a sudden not even getting playing time in matchday 2? Something is up.

We've certainly been in contact with Genk & Orban. How advanced we are and if it depends on Kane leaving I really don't know. But I struggle to see us bringing him in without Harry leaving. I imagine as others have stated, we are trying to line up a few deals and if we are successful, we then may accept the bid.

So in the last 24 hours he's been left on the bench for the full 90 minutes in a league match after scoring in the previous game, and now he's liking Tottenham tweets?

That seems like a fair bit of smoke to me.

I seem to remember some previous ITK that we saw his future as an inside forward. Could potentially mean we're still interested even if Harry stays

Exactly my thoughts

I’d imagine it’s ready to go all things considered

He likes an instagram picture of Harry Kane celebrating, didn’t he? I mean is that really what we treat as smoke nowadays?

IMO yes, did any other strikers around Europe like it? Bit of a coincidence that we've been linked recently don't you think?

Strong interest according to Ali Gold

“Rather than an established name, they would more likely have to go for a young player like Gent's Gift Orban, who Spurs have a strong interest in, and rely on Richarlison to score far more this season.”

Like I say mate, I honestly don't know if Harry staying or leaving has any bearing on Orban joining us. I just know he's highly rated by the club and we were certainly pushing for him the last I heard.

From Alasdair Gold's recent article.

I’d imagine it’s happening

I don’t know all that much about him apart from his incredible goalscoring record

The use of "have to" by Ali lol. We are choosing to go for a young player and just pinning all our hopes on Richarlison to come good. This narrative we always push out to excuse our lack of ambition is funny to me. I would respect Levy/the board more if they were just honest about how we want to operate.

If Orban is the player we want to replace Kane if he leaves now, it also would make sense to sign him anyway and then loan either him or Veliz out. Not like we are talking huge figures for him.

If he has another crazy season now he could end up being out of our reach.
