That's two seasons in a row now that Palace have signed the most promising young player in the Championship for decent money.

Would not be at all surprised if he's linked with big £50m+ moves in 2 years time.

I thought that had been disproved? Other clubs must have been in for him, he will play more going there though I suppose.

Absolutely disgraceful if this is what they do. We have a uk media that is only interested in sound bites. They should be all over this to highlight the misuse off ffp.
We have a radio station that is 100% about
sport who should be championing a campaign against this practice. But true to its name it is shite when it comes to proper reporting. You only have to listen to the drivel on there over the last few days. It’s like listening to the Star rather than reading it.

Clearly going for experience to try and stay in the league, which is wise. King, although poor last season, averages nearly 10 PL goals per season across his 5 seasons with Bournemouth. We all know how good a player Rose could be for them if he can get his match-fitness back to a decent level.

They're making the exact signings they should be.

He doesn't look great tbh. Goes to ground a bit easy, dives a lot when on the ball, and isn't the best footballer. Physically he's decent. Could be a good squad player.
Probably be amazing now I've put my opinion into the universe.
