Watching that makes you realise how much we take for granted being a top club.

Unless you are getting promoted this is everything for lower league clubs. Even though these days big shocks are rarer than a comet and in reality it's just 90 minutes celebrating having a shot on goal and not getting smashed.

Kind of humbling and pretty sad at the same time :D.

I'm glad we've got another home tie, one more fa cup game for the old girl. Plus with the changes teams we are putting out we've a chance of going through. Hope we start taking it seriously after this game though, should we go through.

Kinda annoying that everyone else (barring Arse, probably) also got a good draw.

Great draw for us though. Let's win it and get Rochdale at home in the next round! :)

If this isn't a TV pick I'll be pretty pissed off tbh. Prem v League Two is normally an automatic pick.

nah we are not a north west club starting with an L or M

How's that spam? Disagree maybe...

sorry riggi didn't look right without a WTF to go with it:whistle:

the taking it serious will depend on the 5th round draw, the 5th round is definitely a Sunday fixture due to Gent on the Thursday. we will know what we are going to go for full out that week, providing not 4th rd shocks. Liverppol away, Gent away ? FA Cup 5th rd

I hope we hammer them. Show no mercy, fucking out the ****s back where they belong in league two

I just read that Gareth Ainsworth is their manager, God I liked him as a player. Used to watch him at QPR a hell of alot.

Good draw, but am I the only one that thinks that at least the 3rd and possibly also the 4th round should be seeded so premier league clubs have to play away to lower league opposition. Would make the cup more interesting and could give it a little boost.

Good draw, and another match at WHL before it goes. Would like to see a similar side to the Villa tie.

I think a lot of the lower league clubs actively want away games against big Prem teams.

Chatting to my hairdresser (he used to play for Chelmsford) and he was telling me that one lower league team (can't remember which one) pretty much paid off all their debts and covered their costs for a couple of years due to playing at Old Trafford and getting a hefty percentage of the gate receipts. Most lower league clubs have pretty small stadiums, so games in 40k+ grounds are huge opportunities to bring in cash.

Great draw though, I went to several of Wycombe's FA Trophy Finals back when they were non league, some great days out and have always had a soft spot for them (despite spending most my time watching Aylesbury, who were something of a rival!).

Ive been toying with the idea of taking my 3 year old to the lane before they knock it down, this could be the day!

Mondays yep

Don't think my posts will become less hateful on Tuesdays either

Come to think of it Wednesday's may be hard pressed... And Thursdays are well... Thursdays. Fridays may be less acrimonious but Saturday if we win will definitely be good. Sundays is rest day but this Sunday there may be venom in my posts if any of the ****s win.

Millwall. Probably home as the away allocation will just go to st holders. Birmingham away would be decent.
We played Millwall, back in 197..can't remember probably 78 or 9. Hundreds, probably thousands of us walking across London Bridge. Police swamped everything that day. Don't think I'd ever seen a police presence like that anywhere. Been to a few Millwall games before that, not Spurs games, because I had a Millwall mate. Horrible place, worse than West Ham at that time. Still had a great time in the pub after a couple of those games though.
