Yep but really don’t think he’s going anywhere until the end of the season.
For the second time in 2 years we are about to look up and down everyone at the football club, decide someone has to go and choose the only one in the building that's ever won at football before.
This is clever
You actually enjoy watching this crap do you?For the second time in 2 years we are about to look up and down everyone at the football club, decide someone has to go and choose the only one in the building that's ever won at football before.
This is clever
"as he saw him as a ‘perfect Conte wing back’"
I am sorry, but how did you learn this?
This is is exactly what invalidates Conte’s arguments. He’s basically saying “I hate them all, but I’m gonna pick them again and again anyway! ”If conte is fed up with the players, then why hasn't he tried bringing in some of the youth to make a point.
It's such nonsense. True winners, like fergie and pep would happily drop the likes of cancelo for Rico Lewis if they aren't pulling their weight.
He's stuck with the same starting core of 14 players since the start of the season.
ok. Another made up story. It was reported by Alasdair Gold
Before judging what he said by reading out of context quotes on twitter, watch the whole thing:
It's all about the players, and at the end he says EVERYONE has to take responsibility.
He still needs to go, and he is partly to blame with his tactics and subs, however he is bang on.
At the gameWas Levy there yesterday?
Thanks for confirming.At the game
Yes he was there with DMC by his side , I feel sorry for Levy having to witness Conte football first hand every weekWas Levy there yesterday?
One of the things I can never get head round with Levy he's clearly a very strategic, analytical person, you couldn't achieve what he has without beingthat way. Every owner makes mistakes but he now has 20 years of his failings and successes laid out in front of him when it comes to manager and player recruitment and yet he still rolls out the same issues. He has a blind spot
Hahahahha but he’s calling out decades of failure from the top?Alasdair Gold:
“Conte is understood to have clarified his comments to the board after the game and indicated that they were aimed solely at the players.”
Incredible
Carragher makes a good point that Arsenals improvement compared to ours after we beat them to top4 makes a lot of his points invalid.
The board did need calling out but Conte can’t just absolve himself of all the blame as he’s continued to do during his whole tenure with us.
Yes, I was banging on about this last night. That presser was purely directed at the players, not Levy.
He might be frustrated with Levy too and desperate to call him out, but he didn’t in that interview last night.
