Spurs took on the liability of circa £800m debt (as Enic did front £400m I believe). As such, that is £800m less on the value of the club that Enic own almost every share in. Therefore, that is £800m less value on the club, plus £400m Enic put in.I feel my initial point still stands, ENIC did not invest 1.2b into the stadium it was all financed via the club and will be paid back off the back of the club
