I love the negativity!

I'm waiting for someone to say: "Man, Arsenal are the best! They're sooooo far ahead of us. Their starting line-up would be light years better than ours."

Sandro starting is a huge plus for me, we can change things from the bench if needed.

Lets see how we line up first..

Stupid selection. Harry has the propensity to go full-retard at times. Doesn't matter what we do on forums as it has no effect on the team. I choose to drink to lessen the likely dull headache that team selection will induce today.

Set formations are soooo 2010. We have two centre backs, two wing backs, 2 defensive midfielders, one string puller and 3 direct attacking players - they'll all move around a lot.

Can I just point out that on the Arsenal forums before their match with us they were very critical of Wenger and his team selection and we all know how that turned out. So get the humble pie ready, pop your tampons in and show some actual support!! COYFS!!

Commentary only on TalkShite? Collymore just said he'd play Sandro on the right to 'add more balance'... :-|

We won't win today they always beat us at goodison

 mate I genuinely feel for you! Every weekend must feel like being repeatedly punched in the face.

For as long as I can remember it's always been the other way around. We'd do well at Goodison, they'd do well at the Lane.

Anyway, a big game for Defoe. He's been fantastic this season considering the limited number of games he's featured in. I just hope he doesn't try too hard.

haven't posted on here for quite a while, but am really surprised at the ampount of people bemoaning the team selection today...

with lennon out injured and defoe scoring mid-week, the team pretty much picked itself.

not only that, but they haven't even kicked off yet so let's wait and see before we go cutting our wrists eh?

ps: for those who really can't help themselves... remember... down the line, not across the tracks ;-)

COYS!

I really don't see this as a game for Defoe. With Everton's bodies in midfield we can't be doing with passengers. JD would be more useful coming off the bench. Don't at all like seeing Luka on the right either.

Waching ESPN's coverage - what's with the women introducing the referee, as he stands there trying not to giggle with the linesmen, in the tunnel, seconds before they go on the pitch?
