Obviously we don't want them winning the thing but I wouldnt sweat too much if they got into the CL through the back door.

Kroenke will almost certainly use this as a reason to not dip into the coffers too much as he'll feel a target has been achieved. They may spend a bit more than if they hadn't got in but it still won't be enough to sort out that squad that needs a lot of work to catch up to us.

the problem would be the money and prestige itd give arsenal. arsenal will get maybe 20 million from the europa league. we stand to get 80million from the champions league (just prize money). thats a biiiiig difference.
Sooner or later the gulf in cash will catch up with arsenal. gone aready are the days of £50+million per player for 3 or 4 players for them. Even 10mill per player is tight budget for them.

5,800 allocation each. A midweek final meaning lots of time off work needed. They have to leave on the Monday to actually get there for Wednesday via the commercial airlines, the alternative being a Thomas Cook "day trip" at £979 each. Absolutely, totally farcical. As fans we've been pretty lucky to reach a final which is relatively possible to get to, albeit it'll be either expensive or inconvienient.
