Best contact ticket office , they are best ones to advise, they do answer emails..

How will Juniors (U18) without a smart phone or compatible mobile device receive their ticket?

If a Junior supporter has their own mobile device, they will be able to download their digital ticket or pass to their mobile device.

We have issued digital ticketing guidance via email to all Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members. This guidance includes information for those under 18 without a smart phone.

We would kindly ask you to refer to this guidance in the first instance. If you require further assistance, please contact us via this form.

May take awhile to get an answer but they do normally repsond. The whole ticket issue is poorly managed without any clear guidance , I believe you cannot have two digital ticket on one device that's about all I know so possibly you will receive a paper ticket. Best to get it sorted in advance you don't wnat to end up in the ticket office queues on matchday which is happening to so many fans.

got a response pretty quick but they ignored the fact that I only have a week until the game and the photo pass takes 14 days

I may be heading back to the UK next week for a few days and was hoping to be able to take my dad to the Chelsea game if I could find tickets. Can anyone with a membership see if there are any tickets together available and prices? I don't wanna buy a membership for us both just to see they're sold out. Thanks in advance.

They were able to complete the passes quicker than that just before the Man C game , best get your sons photo application done quickly.
Did they actually inform you how he would receive his ticket , as far as I know the new photo passes are for ID purposes only they don't actually get you into the stadium.
You need to find someone else who has attended with a junior to see if they can help you more on the matter.

Had a look through a relatives account , there are plenty of doubles available together throughout the stadium, all are on Ticket Exchange which has not gone to general sale so it means getting membership.
Prices range from £60.50 at back of both N and S and £102.50 upper tier halfway line in E & W with various prices in between, not sure if those prices include transaction charge, hope that helps.
Not sure if you are aware but to get membership you now have to complete ID verification which means submitting a passport or driving licence scan online for each member . Not sure how tickets are issued through ticket exchange might not be paper tickets you might need a compatible device for each of you best to go through Q & A's on the website regarding digital ticketing.

I think almost every game will have tickets available on ticket exchange this season, firstly the prices and secondly all the things you have to complete just to get a ticket.

I have an issue that Im hoping someone maybe able to help with.

I have purchased an additional membership this season to go alongside the longstanding membership I have had for a number of years. The additional membership was purchased with the intention of being able to purchase a ticket for various friends and family, so not to have to go to games on my own.

I have subsequently been able to download two separate One hotspur passes to my Iphone which now appear in my iPhone wallet.

I assume if I purchase two match tickets, one per membership, they will will then be uploaded to the individual one hotspur passes onto my phone. From there Is anyone able to confirm that I can then transfer one of these passes to someone else? This would be either through sending them a screen shot of the pass or sending them the link to download the the pass to their own device.

Any help on this would be hugely appreciated.

Not done it myself but has been posted on the season ticket thread that using a screen shot of the QR code does work with the stewards scanner and turnstile scanner.
So you are able to download two Hotspur passes on to one phone all the info on Spurs website says only download one pass per phone, just shows don't believe everything you read.

I also two passes on my phone now, one for my son and one for me. I’m assuming the tickets will be downloaded to each pass. Not sure about transferring but my plan (it’s for the Chelsea game) will be for my son to scan and pass my phone back to me so I then scan the other ticket.

Good luck with that it, would have to be done twice, getting a jobsworth steward at bottom of stairs or at turnstiles might be a problem. Wonder if it has already been done.

This is what’s happened to me. Not been to a game yet but would like to hear how you get on?

Quick question on tickets if I may! It’s a mates 40th and two of us are going to surprise him with a game….so three altogether. We all have memberships and we have his code. My question is can we buy him a ticket as a surprise, or will he get the notification directly through to him??

When can i expect my ticket for the Chelsea game to either download onto my onehotspur+ digital pass, or appear in an email to be downloaded to my pass. First time I've bought tickets under the new digital ticketing system.

It's usually very last minute , if not arrived by Thursday afternoon email ticket office, also if you have an iphone go into wallet settings turn off auto update and then turn back on , apparently there have been problems with the pass updating sometimes.

Getting into a football match used to be so easy , now you need a technology degree with all the instructions....... and this is only part of the email re Chelsea game.

YOUR TICKETS

Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members

Digital Season Passes have been sent out to Season Ticket Holders, and once downloaded onto your mobile device, they will automatically update with the match details of the next fixture. If this does not happen, don’t worry - as long as you have not used Ticket Exchange or Ticket Share, then your pass will still gain you entry into the stadium on matchday using the contactless function and the QR code. However, if you wish to update the match details on the pass manually, then please see the below tips on how to do so:

Apple device – Navigate to your pass in your Apple Wallet and click on the three dots either on the top or bottom corner of the ticket, then swipe down on your screen to refresh the ticket.

Android device – We recommend you power your device off and on again - if this does not update the information for the next match, please do not worry, you will still be able to gain entry to the Stadium.

Please ensure your pass is downloaded to your device before setting off to avoid any download issues at the stadium. You only need to do this once.

For anyone experiencing any issues downloading their pass, please try the following useful tips:

  • Ensure you are clicking on the relevant link for your device - those with iPhone devices should use 'Apple Wallet' and Android users should click 'G Pay'.
  • If you are an Android user, please ensure you have G Pay already added to your device.
  • Ensure your phone is receiving Mobile Data for your digital pass to update correctly.
  • Check your pass or ticket has not already downloaded - please click on Apple Wallet or G Pay to view your pass.
  • Check your settings and, if using an iPhone, check you have “Block cookies” and “Block Pop-ups” turned off (i.e. the toggle is no longer green) and it is set to Download to iPhone and not iCloud - this will be in Safari settings.
  • If you are using Android, ensure you have no pop-up blockers enabled.
  • Only open the email in your phone’s native mail app. If you are using an alternative mail provider such as Yahoo, AOL or accessing it via the Outlook mail app, please forward the email to your address that utilises your phone’s native mail app.
  • If you are using a work phone, you may be blocked from opening certain links and attachments - please forward the email with your digital ticket to your personal phone
  • If you have downloaded your digital season pass and it appears blank or states “expired”, you can refresh the pass by either clicking on the 3 dots (on iPhone) or “show code” on Android and swiping down to refresh, or close G Pay altogether and reload it to update the pass.
  • You may also need to switch your phone off and on again to pick up any updates.

Total Farce, so now i've gone from wondering when my pass will show Chelsea details, to IF it will show details and if not, IF my pass & QR code will scan! talk about 1 step forward!
