I had a flap this morning as I bought 3 last night. But they came through this morning. They need to sort it as it doesn't inspire confidence.
In their defense I have now received the tickets on email. Still not a great service but at least I'll get in. Really need to improve the phone help line though

Thanks
Try email sometimes I have had replies quite quickly, If that doesn't work just go to the ticket office with your client reference number allowing enough time might be a queue, they can print out tickets at each window, I had a problem at Arsenal game and they just gave me a new ticket.
The new system is rubbish , technology gone too far.

for the advice, ticket has now turned up thankfully. Spurs dont make it easy though for a last minute purchase.

On first viewing it seems like a backwards step. Previously as a member any ticket i bought would just go on my card which then scanned on the gate or if i logged into the app i could see the ticket details there. Tickets for this evening have been emailed as pdfs. I would have expected to log into the app and scan that as I go in.

The app is annoying though as it remembers your log in for about a nano second.

Fuuuuck me its a ball ache. How do you print the tickets? They are either tiny or too big.

They need to make this suitable for technology fuckwits like me. I'm 10 seconds from putting my fists through the screen.

make sure your printer preferences are set to, fit to page , A4 size and landscape for a start, failing that as long as the barcode is showing somewhere that will get you in , if need be make a note of block , row and seat number separately.

If anyone has problem with printing out pretty sure if you go to the ticket office with your client reference number they will look up your booking and print the ticket for you , some form of ID might be asked for .

Not sure if this has been mentioned anywhere before but the digital pass on the iphone of ST holder sitting next me had not updated for today's match , he contacted ticket office, they said go into apple wallet settings turn off automatic update and turn back on again and pass should update. Apparently if your phone is turned off or somehow not receiving when updates are sent out the update just doesn't get received and waits somehere in the digital universe. Seemed to work for him do not know if also applies to Gpay on android.

seemed like thousands of people bought tickets and didn’t receive their e-ticket via email. This happened with my sons ticket. We got an email confirmation saying thanks for the purchase and you’ll receive the ticket via another email in 48-72 hours which never came.

So we got to the ground early to queue at the ticket office - like i said thousands had the same issue - the queues snaking well into the Sainsbury’s car park, and THFC thought it would be great to have only 4 windows open. We got to the front and got our ticket printed 10 minutes before KO, when there must have been several hundred still waiting in the line, and who must have missed most of the first half

Really really poor admin from the club.

This sounds like a very similar issue to the one the fella in front of me in the queue had. Blokes son was going to his first Spurs game but ended up having to stand in the queue for an hour. Probs got there's printed about 10mins before kick off too - helped also by the bloke in front of them allowing them to go ahead as it was the kids first game. I hope he had a memorable experience, regardless of the poor ticketing system. Club really need to sort it because it seems like a real mess.

I am a Member and got a ticket for the Villa game but looks like you can now only get one ticket per membership.

So if I want to get another ticket for my brother who isn't a member do I need to wait until Ticket Exchange "Guest Sale" is on, then ask him to register for a client reference number via this link https://www.eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspur/ so I can then purchase a ticket and "guest" to that reference number ?

He'll then need to install the Tottenham Digital Pass on his mobile to see it ?

I'm confused

You'll have to wait until the guest sale. It won't necessarily be all ticket exchange tickets - it'll be any unsold tickets, as well as tickets that members/season ticket holders are now looking to move on.

If the game goes to guest sale, you'll be able to buy it for him. If you buy a guest sale ticket on top of the one you've already bought, the guest sale ticket will come as a ticket that you can print off at home. Your brother won't need to create an account or have it on his phone for scanning.

Atleast, that's how it was for me at the Watford game. My dad and I are both members, and had E-tickets saved to our phone.
My gf and brother aren't members, my dad and I bought them tickets in the guest sale. Their tickets were ones we had to print off at home. They didn't require accounts, they were bought under mine and my dad's name.

I hope this helps!

Also, I don't know what your plans are for the game, but if you've already bought a ticket, and was hoping you'd be able to sit next to your brother for the Villa game, by buying a ticket next to yourself during the guest sale, I reckon the chances of that happening will be unlikely.

You'll probably need to try and sell your ticket on the exchange, then buy up another two during the guest sale. I wouldn't worry about that for now though. Cross that bridge when it comes to it.

Yeah already knew the chances of getting 2 tickets together impossible, but hadn't thought of that.

Are people definitely not getting the ticket? As far as I understand it you get one email with a digital pass, download the pass to Apple or Android and then it updates for each game. You don't get an email for each game just open the app with the pass and it should have the latest game qr code shortly before ethe game. Just keep the app up to date. The email with the digital pass is not obvious though as it comes from ticketmaster. Mine reads....

Thank you for purchasing a Tottenham Hotspur membership for the 2021/22 Premier League Season.
Your Digital One Hotspur pass is now active and ready to add to your mobile device.
Download it now to your IPhone or Android device that you will be using to enter the stadium, using the applicable button below.
Please note that only 1 One Hotspur Pass is permitted to be downloaded per smart device.

Anybody know what happens with Tickets for Juniors who don't have a device? Bought tickets for Chelsea for my son (8) and I. We both have memberships. I have activated the digital device on my phone but what will happen to his ticket? His account is linked to my email address

Best contact ticket office , they are best ones to advise, they do answer emails..

How will Juniors (U18) without a smart phone or compatible mobile device receive their ticket?

If a Junior supporter has their own mobile device, they will be able to download their digital ticket or pass to their mobile device.

We have issued digital ticketing guidance via email to all Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members. This guidance includes information for those under 18 without a smart phone.

We would kindly ask you to refer to this guidance in the first instance. If you require further assistance, please contact us via this form.
