My Watford ticket details appeared/downloaded yesterday evening so I wouldn’t panic if they still haven’t appeared as they seem to be pushed out in batches.

However my ID verification is still pending after weeks and weeks and my message via the Contact Us page just prompted an automated response, so I’ll probably try and call the ticket office today unless anyone has any better ideas.

As long as you have got the QR code I don't think you will have any problem getting in , stewards don't really check anything all they are interested in is are you at the right entrance.
I know a 27 year old who always purchases a junior ticket for games and gets in everytime, not sure how he does it on his membership account as he is an adult member plus he verified his ID.

Tickets for tonight arrived in my email just as we were leaving the house - and were print at home!!
Cue a mad rush to get printer on and tickets printed in time to get train.

That was lucky , how can they leave it so late sending out tickets it's crazy, the old system was better when you purchased a ticket the email arrived within minutes with your e ticket attached and you printed it out days before a game.

Cheers. I did think it ought to be fine - it was also an unlikely coincidence that my digital pass was activated 5 minutes after I got the response to my written message.

I just pressed the three dots at the top of the members pass (iPhone) and it says the pass was updated 2 days ago and there is a QR code which I’m guessing is for Sunday’s game.
But I am confused why the pass is not showing the actual match/seat/entrance details. Does anyone know if it should be there or maybe it appears 48hrs before game? Any help would be appreciated as ticket office are impossible to get hold of. Thanks
Just spoke to ticket office and they seemed more confused about the system then me. They don’t know why my members pass has not updated with the details. They have sent me a digital ticket for now which I have added to my Apple wallet. Haven’t sorted out while the members pass isn’t updating. Least I’ll be ok for this weekend. Thanks for everyone’s reply’s much appreciated

Sorry guys I know its slightly off topic. Have a ticket for a game but unvaccinated. Do I still need to show proof of a negative test? And will a lateral flow test cut it? Help would be great because as ever, Spurs emails are not clear.

The policy right now is that there's "spot-checks". So the chances of being checked are small, but yes in theory you do need to take a negative test (lateral flow is fine), register it, and have proof of it in case you're asked.

Last week, the gate I went in was asking everybody to show their covid passport via the NHS app. They didn't scan them , just looked at the screen and waved you through. If not fully vaccinated just do an LFT test and upload it to be safe .

Poor service that I found a bit confusing. But if its any consolation, if I can navigate it anyone can! The verification etc was a but confusing. I couldn't find any clear instructions.

He’s printed it out in BW on A4 but is bit paranoid, said it looks a bit basic. I couldn’t advise as never used a printed ticket at new stadium. Likely he will be ok with BW print on A4 ?

I have a ST and still received my ticket for tonight as a PDF to print out... a bit strange after their push for e tickets but I assume it will work

Decided last minute to go tonight with my 18 year old son. Bought online and got an email confirmation but no tickets. Have tried to speak to the ticket office but only getting that they are busy and try to phone later. Why can't they just send the ticket with the email confirmation like they always have previously. This service is totally shit and I have every expectation that I'm not going to get in.

I had a flap this morning as I bought 3 last night. But they came through this morning. They need to sort it as it doesn't inspire confidence.

Have you got the "Automatic Updates" option on for the card in your Apple wallet?

Try email sometimes I have had replies quite quickly, If that doesn't work just go to the ticket office with your client reference number allowing enough time might be a queue, they can print out tickets at each window, I had a problem at Arsenal game and they just gave me a new ticket.
The new system is rubbish , technology gone too far.

They work fine , should have a QR code or barcode on it that you wave under the reader.

Just as an aside really, but I was invited as a corporate guest to West Ham on Monday and my ticket comprised a photograph of my friends email inbox which showed half the ticket in the preview pane. I printed this off and scanned it and was very relieved it actually worked and got me in.

Yeah there all in green. Can’t for the life of me think why it’s not updating. Surely members shouldn’t have to receive a separate digital ticket to add to your wallet. I was under the impression the pass just updates whenever you purchase a ticket for that match.??‍♂️ Plus I’m still waiting for my boys ID card apparently was dispatched Monday.

My ticket for Watford downloaded to my Apple Wallet last night, as it did for my brother too. Just before that I bought 3 tickets for this evenings match and as others have mentioned the PDFs for those were emailed this morning.

Not sure the ticket office know what's going on or if the info on the website is correct , from this bit sounds like a members pass should just update when you purchase..

"Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members will be sent their pass before the start of the season. Once downloaded, the pass will automatically update within 7 days of each match they are due to attend."
