Second half was doing his best in atrocious circumstances inflicted upon him. First half I actually thought he, like most of the others, played pretty well.

Dele was dangerous until the madness on either side of half, supporters need to take a step back on this one.

Been great for the first three and awful on this one. Don't see what the issue is in raising that point. He's played very poorly for a long time
You stated that his form this season is one of our biggest causes for concern. From that I inferred, though forgive me if incorrectly, that you think he is one of those we should be looking to move on, a notion which I fiercely disagree in.

If you merely meant that we need to work with him to get him back to his best then yes, I agree.

FACTS!!!
He has been playing with an injury most of the season. He is nowhere near 100% fit. His muscles seizes in matches. He has been playing in pain to help us and Poch.

So get off of his back, now you know the facts. Factor in the obvious fracture in two places in his hands, and still playing.

I think playing out of position deeper in midfield has hurt him as well - his best contributions to the team IMO are often his runs into the box and reading the game which often opens things up for others like Kane. I think he misses Kane more than anyone and since Herc says he has been injured as well, I think those that are saying he doesn't care and even a well know twitter fan saying he wouldn't object to him being sold are all way out of bounds. He is a core piece going forward along with Kane, Son, Winks.

Thought he didn't look fit in his last run of games. Especially against West Ham, his movements looked quite restricted.

In no way am I advocating for his sale. He's quality but he like a few others have been poor for awhile

not playing well, but the least of our problems at the moment.

thought there were flashes of his old self in this first half.

Was definitely better yesterday and had the beautiful turn and shot go in everyone would be touting it for goal of the month and dele was back.

Some signs of the return of the real Dele.
Worked hard as part of the 9 man rearguard squad
but should have buried the header.
Good shot but again too straight.
Young keeper made both
look a lot better than they were.

Thats indicative of the lack of depth that we have, we should not have to rely on 'injured' players to get us through this quagmire. However, I admire his loyalty.

Fair enough he might be injured but his lack of interest in matches can’t be excused by this. For example instead of turning and playing in the simple passes he rather flick the ball on flamboyantly or instead of shoot at goal, prefer to try some skill and lose it. You don’t lose your decision making on the pitch because of match fitness.
