If we're gonna spunk £40-50m i'd rather it be on a younger striker, i'd also be dead against that sort of money full stop if it means we can't get some creativity in CM.

I'd rather us just get a decent battering ram in for a cheap fee and spend that cash on a quality CM to really bolster us.

i like ings but if levy has gone mad and we have the cash for ings after bale and regulion then needs to be spent on a creative CM or edouard not ings. Ings is great as a started in form but not as a 2nd choice impact sub and cup player,

While I agree, I thought that we was Broke Bois and then we went and spent 15m on Doherty and now 25-27m on Reguilon, not to mention the Bale wage packet, without any sales (maybe looking at possible 10-12m combined for Rose and CCV). Like either we've got a sale we're keeping mum about in the works or we have more cash in the coffers than we are letting on.
