I think Poch not joining Arsenal would have more to do with his loyalty to the supporters rather than just Levy.

Poch will take a break I should imagine before taking a top European job.
He's probably already in Barcelona... maybe even going back to Argentina for Christmas.

Its easy to assume that he'll take a big job, but I always felt that Poche gets his energy from the build process. Taking a down and out of sorts team, building it up and generating the brotherhood and work ethic. I would not be surprised if took a job totally out of left-field.

Ex Sunderland skipper Micky Gray apparently told pals at an ex pros charity match that Teddy Sheringham said that Poch should join the scum because of the way we treated him, as some sort of revenge.it was reported in the media today.
I was Poch's no.1 fan and agree he's sacking was harsh , but if its true and Teddy suggested that, then he can go fuck himself ,pathetic comment coming from someone who claims to be Spurs.....i don't see why Gray would throw Sheringham under the bus if it wasn't said.

Most of the scums ex players seem to be so loyal to woolwich , ours not so much, could be the way Levy treats them?
Anyhow , i didn't expect that from Teddy who once said he hated woolwich, again i hope its not true and fake news...

Yeah but don't forget we sort of threw Teddy under a bus as well at the end of his time here. I would imagine his loyalty is very much to Spurs but not to Levy.

maybe I’m new? Oh seriously really? How long you have been on a forum has direct correlation to how valid an opinion is.

oh yeah. In that year you mention. We got to the CL final.

How many times are people going to mention getting to the CL Final, look at our domestic form all year ffs

Don't forget how the Park Lane were a bit naughty to him, when he first came back to the Lane in a red shirt. Missed his penalty iirc. I'm amazed he ever came back.

He's Millwall anyway, isn't he?

You can't not factor it in though, tbf. It was, and remains, and astonishing achievement... regardless of all the other stuff.

What's the argument here?

Are we saying that he deserved to keep his job based on getting to the CL final or are we saying that he deserves recognition due to the fact that he got us to the CL Final because the latter I very much agree but I'm pretty sure this joker who I was responding to was insinuating the former.

Why does everything have to be an argument?

As you just said yourself, you cannot dismiss the achievement.

It's going to continue to be "mentioned", as its one of the most remarkable things that this club has done in recent years. I imagine we will be "mentioning" it for the next 20 years or so.

Come on are you justifying that?
Can't believe any spurs fan would.. Whatever the circumstances,

You are missing the point here.

And as I said I'm not dismissing the achievement so let me ask you do you think he deserved to keep his job based on the fact he got us to the CL Final?

No, I totally get the discussion you were having and the larger point. I've posted plenty in here and elsewhere on this whole discussion, and there's no value in having it again now.

Just don't let yourself get wound up or drawn into the CL final thing. Its always going to be mentioned.

Anyway, I'll keep my neb out.

Is it safe to come in here again? Or is everyone still waving their dicks around and gone full daily mail?

whenever I look everyone’s waving their vaginas around and going full Guardian. All sounds the same to me.
