If i was in charge against them in a "friendly", i'd offer some local crazy mother-f*cker a couple of grand to start for us with the sole purpose of the moment the whistle goes just march up to Adam and kick him til his piss goes cold.

I've seen plenty of managers call for players to be sent off for challenges - what's the difference in not just pointing out the challenge (in this case on Paulinho), but also pointing out the fact that he's done it repeatedly, and regularly damages and endangers the careers of fellow professionals?

You can't cry to the FA about these things. The FA isn't blind and CHOOSE to ignore a thug like him.
You need to massage them into action.

Unfortunately, Adam has a reputation as a pretty good footballer with some flair. He is also a nasty little thug but seems to get away with a lot. If Lee Cattermole did some of the things Adam has done he would have been banned for life by now.
