The way things were going under Mourinho, United would never have been expected to beat PSG. Shows what a fantastic job Solskjaer has done that a loss will be seen as a disappointment.

I can’t help but think had we had our shooting boots on against them, their results wouldn’t look as impressive, what with a 5-1 defeat listed in there.

People are rogetting his that game played out. It’s now sort of widely accepted as a tactical masterclass as opposed to the truth, which is that game was a total smash and grab win where they rode their luck beyond belief and should have been tanked.

If we’re being honest it’s a bit of a pathetic performance from United so far considering they play at home and PSG don’t have Cavani & Neymar. If Mourinho was the manager all United fans would’ve said that this is a poor performance

The truth is that United aren't as bad as Mourinho made them look, but not as good as Solskjaer's run of largely winnable games has made them look.
