Which team would have to play the qualifying play off?
Can it be all of them? Please?

Presumably United if any. Reckon CL winner would get in to the group stages with the top 3 of the league.

Rio Ferdinand trying to remind those watching that Athelti are a world class team. I thought they were pretty rubbish to be honest.

Never been impressed by Weigl, don't get the hype.

I think he's a very good CM, but don't forget he's only 21. Dortmund have been a bit tactically haywire this year, Tuchel just doesn't seem to know how and who to play for the best and it's made them less than the sum of their parts at times IMO, tonight he has two other fairly young players next to him in Guerreiro (23) and Ginter (23) in there too.

I was a fat ugly fucker at uni and no style, imagine me coming from an all boys sixth form with a sprinkling of female variety, I was a horny fucker but there was this one girl at uni, fucking hot, Brazilian girl. Anyways I pined for her day after day, I one day plucked up the courage to ask her out.. She said yes... Lasted for two years then I dumped her haha but still friends to this day

Moral is... Miracles happen dude but only if you ask.

Yeah, but you didn't have to pay 60m for the first date and 150k for every Saturday shag for the next two years did you. Moral is...it ain't just about asking.

Oh that's a different matter... The initial post was that they wouldn't come not that we couldn't afford them... Two different issues. We wouldn't afford them for sure and trust me I fucking paid haha

Why are attendances so poor in Italy? Are its people destitute?

When you asked this question I tried to find the figures, seems Italy (SerieA) averages about the same as France (Ligue 1) about 21,000. I guess this is about economics primarily? Very similar sized countries, similar GDP's, GDP per capita, similar unemployment rates etc etc.

Rio Ferdinand trying to remind those watching that Athelti are a world class team. I thought they were pretty rubbish to be honest.

Rio had a weird article in the Stabdard yesterday saying Leicester would be dissapointed to have not got a glamour tie against a bigger team and that normally Atletico are the underdog at this stage of the competition. Showed a remarkable lack of awareness of world football to have that view on one of the most effective and hard to beat sides around over the last few years

Barca, Bayern, Real all seem to have lost some of their fairy dust don't they, even Atleti don't seem as manic.

Could easily see Juve winning this or even Monaco.

Would be great if Monaco win. Would put our results against them in to perspective.

Which team would have to play the qualifying play off?
If one of Leicester and United wins, then 4th has to qualify. If both win, then 4th drops to EL as mentioned before, and third has to qualify.

There's still a huge incentive to hold on to our second place as long as both Leicester and United are still in Europe.

Damn, Leicester is in with a chance to advance. Down just 1 going home, get a little lucky and win, draw Monaco in the semis. Who knows?

I think of all the teams still left in the CL, Juventus deserves it the most.

They have been putting in solid performances in the CL for a few years now and they deserve to take the trophy back to Turin.

Dybala is pure class and in my honest opinion will take the Balon Dor or whatever its called now home in the coming years, Buffon has been one of the most consistent keepers of my generation, Chiellini and Bonucci are a as good of a CB pairing as you can get, Khedira and Pjanic are a really good CM pairing and with Higuain leading the line I really like their chances this year. They do however need to beat Barca again, and as we've seen countless times you can never bet against Barcelona no matter how many goals they need to win the return fixture.

I put money on juve before the start of the season. I thought they've got a great goalie and defence and with higuain and dybala up front they'd be hard to stop.
