Cech v Courtois

Been debating amongst friends and began to think more about the situation at Chelsea. A Chelsea friend of mine thinks Courtois should be made the main man next season and a Liverpool friend thinks Cech should remain. Don't really know who should be the keeper for them next season. Courtois is the best option for the future but what Cech has done over the years has been sensational.

If this was FM then I'd be selling Cech and keeping Courtois. Cech has been brilliant but Courtois looks every inch a world class keeper, and he's only 22.

IMO, Courtois right now is a better keeper. So I am going to have to say Cech for selfish reasons.

Courtois wants to say at Atletico anyone could see that he has been better than Cech for over a season but because of one great game in the CL all of a sudden all these chelsea fans and the media are saying how he has become a great keeper

Cech is probably one of the highest earners at Chelsea as well, it would make sense for them to sell him while he still has a decent value, reward Courtois for his excellent loan form with a long term, improved contract that would give him a nice pay bump, still probably below Cech's level, and secure their first choice GK for the next 5+ years in the bargain.

It's an interesting question, from a Spurs point of view Cech should be Chelsea's number one next season.

Chelsea fans are high if they think Cech is still better the Courtois, Courtois has been the better keeper for at least a season

Man City could do with him. Maybe Monaco or PSG. Or Zenit.

Monaco have Valdes, Man City I think Hart isn't as bad as people make out but more importantly he is a huge part of the dressing room, PSG Sirigu just had a great season and Zenit have a young gk that sounds decent(I couldn't give a shit tbh)

From a Spurs point of view also it would be better Courtois to be the new no.1 as Cech will leave to a big club which will rule out Lloris signing for Monaco or PSG ...
