Why can't more fans be like the Germans? Why is there always so much anger and hate being thrown around?

Loving the highlights on ITV. Extended highlights and no boring or annoying pundits - perfect!!!!

Wow, didn't realise Serey Die had moved from Basel to Stuttgart until watching this weeks highlights.

Not the silkiest footballer, but he's a tenacious fucker with great energy, and would have possibly been a better match for Pochettino's system than Stambouli who struggles to get up and down quickly.

I really really hate Di Matteo. Seriously, he's such a terrible manager, get him out the club he's an embarrassment. We don't go to Dortmund to try and take a draw

Yeah it was only a matter of time before they scored, btw where has goretzka gone?

He had a bad injury during the summer but was back in training during January and has been training since, can't believe he's not even making the bench. One of the most promising youngsters in Europe being left on the bench, hope there's a better reason other than the fact that Di Matteo is an absolute idiot

After the CL match, I thought perhaps I was wrong and he isn't that bad after all

This makes made me laugh as I didn't expect it but having checked the table it makes more sense, insane season if Dortmund and Schalke miss out on CL

It's not even the results so to speak, it's the brand of football and the acceptance that (Real Madrid second leg aside where we had to overturn a 2-0 deficit) we shouldn't play 'football' against any other big teams and instead just counter attack them (and not the fun to watch kind of counter attack). We defended out the game against Gladbach at home after we scored in the 10th minute.

Here's a brief overview of the tactics we utlilised..

If you look at team stats - touches and team stats - passes you'll see how bad it was, 35% possession at against BMG..

Before the 3-1 win against Hoffenheim, we hadn't scored more than one goal in a match for 7 games, hardly the making of a top four team..

But yeah, 5 defenders and 2 defensive midfielders ftw

Big day for Hamburg today, finally. Hamburg beat Augsburg, Hannover lost one of their most winnable remaining games at home to Hoffenheim, and Stuttgart/Freiburg drew. Fantastic slew of results.

fantastic semi between BM and Dortmund, Dortmund got back in the game and levelled it, still level after extra time and then an incredible penalty shoot out, Lahm and Alonso both slipped like shagger Terry, Dortmund score 2, goalie saves Bayerns 3rd, Hummels misses then Neuer takes one and hits the bar, Dortmund in the final.

Was pretty funny them pens, felt a bit sorry for Lewandowski who got clattered by the Dortmund keeper and probably should have had a pen in ET.

Anyway I'm happy for Klopp and Dortmund to make it to the final Bayern have had it all their own way domestically for too long.

Last week the medical staff got the blame for Bayern's loss I expect the groundsman will get the sack tonight. ;)

Wanted Bayern to win, but had to laugh especially at the Alonso penalty. Didn't expect a slip to happen again!

Hamburg, astonishingly, might yet survive. Rafa played very well today. Even got his balls on the line, as he planted them right in front of an attempted volley.

@not_tenth-again tough weekend man, sorry for ya. I really don't want to see Stuttgart go down. Will be interesting to see how Mainz responds to this loss, be it revenge/frustration or continued complacency in safety.
