It's a diaper soft penalty kick awarded and a deflection. They haven't created a single chance of note apart from that.

We really make it so hard on ourselves with utterly shit decisions all over the pitch. Emerson through on goal, decides to square it instead of shooting and then they go straight up and score instead.

Son and Kulusevski are so wide that they're being limited to just cutting in and passing back, with overlapping runs and passes to find them being limited. All whilst Richarlison isn't offering much through the middle.
