box tickets child to use adult tickets?

sorry it is a bit short notice guys but i have a bit of a problem a friend of mine has some box season tickets for spurs v man u and neither of us can go. would it be possible for my nephew and his friend who are aged 15/16(i assume) to use the tickets without getting them removed from them or well getting into any bother.

any help would be much appreciated.
