So Blatter is an honorary 'Socio' at Real Madrid. Anyone know exactly what this means? I thought that socios were the owners or shareholders of the club. If true, is it right that the head of FIFA has this association with the club?

Is there anything right about Blatter or FIFA?

Socios own the club in the sense that their subscription gives them voting rights
for the President every 4yrs.
Its like a season ticket with benefits.
They also have first dibs on tickets before they go on general sale.
Socios are useful people to know as they are the source
of a lot of the spare tickets available.
They don't run the club because all the power passes to the President on election.
It would prevent the club being bought out or sold.

Honory Socio probably means nothing, a courtesy title.
Blatter is as bent as they come
and any link with anything would be suspicious.
