Ruined by injuries, basically. Still just about young enough to make a good career for himself, but he really just needs to stay fit and play regularly between now and the end of the season more than anything else.

I personally don't think he was ever good enough for a top Premier league side, but like you say has enough to have a good career out of the game.

Wouldn't disagree with that! I'd say he was very good defensively but probably a bit lacking on the ball to make it at the very top.
