I see that Becks is gonna join AC Milan on loan for the rest of the season. Now, personally I see this as a missed oppurtunity. Considering our complete lack of leadership I think he probably could have come in and done a job for us.

Good luck to him. I'm sort of glad he hasn't come here (Lennon & Bentley - despite Bentley's current form) but i hope we get AC in the latter stages of the UEFA cup so i can cheer his name when it's read out. Fucking love him.

He is a leader in his own way but he's not what we need right now. We need Diarra and Arshavin and a few current players to come out of their shells and play like they can.

I was actually going to put (if he did join Spurs) because his legs aren't up to it anymore, the boo boys will set in and do their best to ruin the reputation of one of the best players we've seen for a long time. I'd rather watch him at the Lane playing for someone else - and admire him quietly.
