Knee jerk = reactionary.

It's easy to get carried away after a match, better to calm down and reassess.

That's correct for many, but for just as many others it's wrong. For the rest the bad result only acts as a catalyst for something they have held in for a while rather than something they have thought of at that point in time as a reaction to the result.

As I've said numerous times, I'm giving it until about february. I have some slight concerns, as I had this time last season, but then we clicked into gear and achieved good results, even though we didn't reach our objectives.
My belief is that we are the team that is farthest away from reaching our potential, and we've still managed to pick up a decent amount of point.
I still believe that AVB is the guy best suited to unleashing that potential.
