As another season approaches and as usual the media decide to place every players name in one hat and Spurs in the other, its reached the stage where even a naked Fearne Cotton could'nt liven up that predictable annual event. So how much truth is in the rumours? Does Harry Hotspur really while away the hours writing drivel? and is the News of the World simply Mein Kamf with a problem page?
Well all the rumours serve for much debate and we seem as a fan type very excitable at this time of year with all the "will he" "wont he" talk. This coupled with persistant talk of breaking the top four surely only adds pressure to the cause and adds embarrassment apon failure does it not?? My misguided chelsea drinking buddy would have me believe so anyway.
I however Love this optimisim, I love the "will he" "wont he", I love the trying to get there, trying to get in to that group every bloody year you see ..... To dare is to do!!!
