Lets be honest even if they were willing to sell he won't be cheap because they will see him as the future of the club. IMO we'd be stupid to spend big on a player in his break through season, who may well look better he than actually is because the rest of his team have been so poor. Easy to look a 7-8 out of ten consistent player when the rest of the team are putting in 4-5 out of ten performances on a weekly basis.

It would be a complete non starter for me for many reasons.
Prob a nonsense theory, but any chance there leaking it’s a double deal so that when Everton turn down the Gordon deal that Everton fans will be happy?

weird link, unless they're so skint they're having a fire sale.

He’d likely cost a similar fee to Richarlison, with the HG tax. I wouldn’t mind him but really can’t see both happening.

Wonder what we'd be looking at for the two of them, £70m? Guess this would be one way around the Watford sell on % on Richarlison.

Everton fans seemingly valuing Gordon around the £40m mark and wanting circa £100m for the pair which I can't see at all.

Or Moshiri wants to sell off the family silver before he sells the club. He has put a lot of cash in, maybe he wants so of it back and what better way than to sell off their best players.

Seems unlikely he'd leave though.

Spurs may have interest, or enquire about Gordon, but I just can't see Everton selling their breakthrough starlet unless it's for a whopping fee - an amount that would surely buy better value elsewhere.

Their fans would riot - imagine selling Richarlison and Gordon to Spurs in exchange for Dele and Winks ?

I think Gordon is the last player they'd sell. The fans will go mental.

Good player though.

If we're looking for a homegrown young winger, I'd rather us take another look at Dwight McNeil. Would likely be a lot cheaper with Burnley being relegated. I like Gordon, but as everyone else has said, they won't sell him cheap.

I wonder if targeting Gordon for our HG quota we can perhaps be more flexible defensively in looking to sell Tanganga?
