The fact we are pulling such highly rated young players away from absolutely ELITE teams like Bayern and Barca is quite incredible really and a testament to what we are doing behind the scenes and everyone involved.

Just imagine you're about to turn 18 tomorrow and you're turning down Barcelona because little ol' Tottenham Hotspur looks more appealing as a young player.

Just want to give you some context that the team he has played with, in his youth, is Brommapojkarna (same as Kulusevski). They have a very strong youth academy by European standards.

Here is 13 year old Lucas celebrating winning a big youth tournament with his coach in Madrid. He captained his side and got awarded best player of the tournament.

Along the way they beat teams like Getafe, PSG, Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid.
