Hojbjerg would’ve been a better option in defence than Emerson.

Easy to say now, but we vastly underpriced Walker when we sold him to City.

He's got to be one of the best RB's ever.

Even someone like Perisic/Solomon would be a massive upgrade on Gil, we’re exploring final options for some of these positions.

We're playing the best team in Europe with a depleted squad, who will create plenty of chances against the best defences.

We've done alright to keep it at 2-1, we were never getting anything from this.

We haven't kept it 2-1, City have.

Honestly this isn’t brave nor is it naive. It’s just crap. We’ve got three attackers incapable of playing with their backs to goal and for some reason we’re hoofing it long to them? If that’s what we’re going to do, take off Gil for Veliz and move Son.

Huge gulf in class out there, not surprising given our injuries etc. Not helped by some real under par performances though...Biss in particular :(

If we are going to pick on Bryan - lets at least acknowledge that he has done pretty well in holding the ball up, and maintaining possession when its on his side. He has struggled in the final third, and its a boy v. man against Walker, but he has done some nice things today
He's been excellent at this like he was last game. Spurs fans are gonna Spurs fan and it's the usual suspects.

This is what an injury ravaged team looks like. The drop off from 1st team cb's being out is huge and effects the rest of the team.

Bissouma is the much bigger worry imo - we've built the team around him and he's all at sea.

Kyle Walker is just unbelievably good. Still the best fullback in Europe and arguably the best RB to ever play in the PL.

I remember saying for years once he looses his pace he'll fade.

Well he hasn't lost that pace and is still a brilliant player.

What a fool I am

That’s a really decent shout actually.

Or PEH on and put Johnson LW and move Kulu back to RW.

Gil is the biggest weak link out there today.
Or go completely nuts and bring on Donley. To dare is to do. They know nothing about him. A wild card. And if he doesn't play well, no one will be mad at a 18 year old kid.
