If people want the Levy Out thing to work, they need to align on the reasoning they want him out. If you asked a group of 50 fans why they want Levy Out I'm sure there'd be 50 different answers and that's essentially why this isn't viewed as a serious protest.

It's also hard to not look entitled if you don't have your points properly outlined, and that's how this looks with a lot of our support from the outside.

I'm just fed up seeing him to be honest. He's hardly a fan either.
I think I'm just more annoyed that they keep showing him every time we're playing. I'm just bored seeing him with his serious look all the time
Do you want him to pull a Boehly and go give the team talk at halftime? Maybe he's not as animated as some random Joe in the South Stand but I'm sure he's a fan by the loosest definition. Once again it's just a weird stick to beat him with when there's so many other genuine complaints.

As Trix put it, I’m happy with the amount of money being put into the club recently. We’re spending more and bringing in bigger purchases, which is good.

I’m not happy with the way it’s being spent. Spending 60 million on a backup forward is all well and good but it came at the expense of us signing a solid LCB and RWB, which has hurt the team in the process. The recruitment strategy is nonexistent and a lot of the purchases we have made seem scattergun and lack any type of thought. On the whole I’m OK with ENIC, but With the ITK and media explaining Levy’s involvement, he needs to step away.

What if Conte/Paratici felt a back up forward was priority over a CB at the time? Dier and Davies had just come off an excellent second half of the campaign last year so it’s perfectly plausible they maybe thought the CB could wait until this summer.

I believe there was a recruitment strategy it’s just that due to various circumstances our season has unravelled and now everyone is in a period of wanting to call every single decision shit, rip it all up and start again.

Even signings like Spence and Danjuma fans are painting like Levy just decided he wanted them without consulting anyone. When in fact Paratici was scouting Spence last season and Danjuma was linked at the start of the window.

The biggest problem is that we had a win now manager who didn’t have the patience to see through the rebuild, and would remind us all that he was better than club at every opportunity, which created a negative atmosphere. That coupled with the negative football and then Conte suffering multiple personal tragedies really fucked things up.

If we had a manger who was committed to building something important with us, wasn’t all about his own ego, and coached football that was easy on the eye and prioritised developing young players, the recruitment strategy wouldn’t have been questioned.

He is definitely a fan.

But I agree about the camera focusing on him. End of the day the media love to paint him as some kind of Bond villain and fans lap it up.

And this is why I put you on ignore, showing your true colours here. 👎

It's true I'm afraid. I'm all about supporting the club and our players. I didn't realise that it was so controversial but yeah, you got me.

EDIT: I don't think the ignore function is working properly as you're still replying to and rating my posts.

Come on mate, he’s part owner and a genuine fan ffs. You might not rate the guy but he has every right to attend matches.

if it’s not helping the atmosphere maybe fans shouid take responsibility for their actions rather than turn it toxic to the detriment of the team.

Do you think he is a genuine fan? His actions doesn't suggest he is to me.

To be quote Logan Roy, Levy and Munn just don’t look like serious people in that airport photo. Just giving off a load of small d*** energy the both of them.

In 1999, we were the 15th richest club in the world according to Deloitte Money League which is before ENIC took over, we are now 8th and 9th. Woohoo, so in 20 years we have made a wopping progress of 6 places in an area where ENIC are meant to excel.

Before ENIC, we were also number 1 for FA Cup wins with 8, now we have moved down to 5th.

They have failed this club badly but because they have built a shiney new house they believe the club is theirs.
You simply can't look at it like that because the inflation in transfer fees and wages has pushed the true financial elitist clubs further away from the chasing pack. When I say financial elite I'm talking about the oil clubs, and United. We are slowly bridging the gap, and 100% could/should be doing more, but we are still a way off.

I’m sorry mate but I think the points you make are “charitable” to say the least. The multiple pieces of ITK we received at the time were unerringly consistent that,

1. Spence was a “Club signing” that Levy negotiated .

2. Danjuma was an opportunist punt.

3. Conte prioritised a CB signing over multiple windows.

But just in case you missed that info, (or conveniently forgot it) here’s a few snippets to remind you:
Trix:
“Paratici and Conte identified several CB targets however Levy wasn't prepared to pay what was needed for them.”
“We needed a CB, we made that a priority, we didn't get one, we failed to add what we needed.”
“It boils down to this. The manager asked for a CB. We didn't get one.”
“Conte has gone through multiple windows now asking for a CB. So it's not who is available now, it's who could we have got in having 8 months of knowing this?”
“So we couldn't get one in the Summer, fine. So use the next 6 months to make sure you do get one at the next opportunity? Why have we waited till deadline day again to find out we can't get one again?”
“We did OK in that Summer window but never managed to get the CB, that Conte wanted.”
“why were we desperate for a RWB in the first place? Because Levy bought Spence off his own back that's why”
“what's the point in spending money when it's not the players Conte wanted?! Spence is a prime example, money spent on a player Conte had zero interest in.”
“Then came the Summer and Djed Spence. Levy saw £££ signs and had to have him despite Conte not being overly interested at all.”
“Danjuma is a good player, but not what we wanted or planned for. He was an opportunistic grab because he was cheap and easy.”

Rob said levy is already lining up summer signings with no manager in place. Ridiculous

Do you have any idea how hard it is to be in that top 10 without being financially doped? In 1999, there werent many doped clubs bar Real Madrid, Juve and Man Utd.

It took us over a decade to get stadium approvals and buy up the land!!! Given we have not been successful really since the 80s with the odd cup in each decade since, we never really gained from the explosion in social media exposure. ENIC took over Tottenham when we were miles behind.

We are punching above our weight financially given we don't win much, but against the background of insanely expensive season tickets, we should be doing better.
