Conte had a decision to make after 80 minutes. Whether to try and win or go for the draw. He chose the latter and this is the result
We have players with little energy and a quality bench that he has kargely ignored

I agree but another problem is we have precisely 1 attacking option that Conte trusts, given the other 3 start. That's nowhere deep enough to be competing in four competitions, particularly as we're getting nothing in attack from our midfield or RWB.

our by far best player the past few games have been kulusevski, again tonight - and the guy is coming off the bench every game.

I'm not sure if anyone could claim this hasn't been coming. We are like homer Simpson in boxing, letting the opposition just smash us and hope we can just about get the job done late on.

If you're going to play like that, might as well not turn up, concede the match and use the time to good effect on the training pitch.

I have to say let’s see how we shake out at the end of this group, if we go out etc then we need to start to ask Q’s of Conte in Europe but it’s match 2 guys, plenty of games to go.
