on Tottenham's transfer targets in central defence:
"It will depend on the price. I can tell you that one of the players they have been watching for a long time is Mohamed Simakan from RB Leipzig. Another player they value a lot is (Josko) Gvardiol. Those are two players they really like, but it depends on the price. We know how difficult it is to negotiate with Leipzig.
In terms of top targets: Pau Torres was close to moving to Tottenham a year ago. This summer it could happen, depending on the negotiations with Giovani Lo Celso. But so far there is nothing concrete. We heard rumours about a possible move for Pau Torres a few days or weeks ago, but nothing is in sight at the moment.
Bastoni was a top target, but he remains at Inter. (Milan) Škriniar would have the option to leave. Maybe to move to PSG, who are ahead at the moment. But Bastoni is a really complicated matter....
I'm sure Tottenham will bring in a centre-back because Antonio Conte is desperate for one. For the moment, you have to keep an eye on RB Leipzig's Akkteure. But they are not easy to negotiate with. I wouldn't be surprised if Fabio Paratici (Tottenham's sporting director) pulls a surprise out of the hat, because he's up to all sorts of things."
Edit he also mentions eriksen but nothing new, as well as raphinha but no new info and says interest in jesus but know he wants to be the main man so probably won't follow it up

Yes realistic- I would say optimistic on Reguilon, who can only really run fast and has the Real buyback and Winks will be a stretch but maybe...
Think we will get more on Emerson and Lo Celso.

Gvardiol is a fantastic player but would probably cost more than Bastoni so i can't see spending us
that type of money. I know we've long been linked with him and Bastoni - even before the season finished - but it would be a coup if we could.

Club needs to accept anything they can get for Ndom, get the 200k off the wage bill and that stinking attitude away from the current squad. Promising start though seeing as we’re “getting” the best part of 43m for winks and Bergwijn.

I cant see us spending that either but why not? 150m infusion, player sales, why not put an 85m euro bid on a defender who will be top 5 in the world in the next 2 years and end up at City, Chelsea or Liverpool? If we have the money, we should bully teams with it. We've made 3 good signings and spent virtually nothing.
