You'd think the link would be out there by now if there was any chance of bringing a 3rd in. Still think we are a striker short of a top 4 challenge.

I'm not concerned at all about the loan deals for Ndombele and Lo Celso.
As long as we are willing to sell at a loss, and it looks like we finally are, and finally prioritising who the manager wants out more than what we think the player is worth. Then the loan just gives them some time to increase their value.
Afterall, it would take some inspirational, epic effort on the part of either player to conspire to reduce their market value more than they already have with us...
The buy clause with Lyon is obviously more a case of stopping them benefiting from the upside than us. I don't think we expect them to trigger it now we have set it that high.

This is great-let's hope it falls flat for him as he's burnt his bridges and even said that he'll take a reduced wage.
Will he accept a lower rate with Le Arse?
