I never listen to the commentary: who wants to know how many goals a player scored last season etc? Especially if the verbiage is coming from an ex gooner or a Manure has been. If a guy standing next to you at the Lane carried on chatting such rubbish you would smash him in the mouth.
That's the reason I watch it on Portuguese or Croatian stations that I can't understand!

BBC :

"Oliver Camp: As a Spurs fan, this hasn't done much to allay my fears. A dubious penalty and some poor goalkeeping were the luck we needed. Literally one moment of quality for the second goal. Otherwise, we've been outplayed. Many players simply poor."

Goodness Oliver....
Anyone who starts a sentence with. As a Spurs fan. Isn’t a Spurs fan.

They probably won't feature in the FA Cup game, but surely they will miss the opportunity to amass goals.

Agree - They shouldn’t be anywhere near the squad for the Marine fixture. If our second string can’t beat a non league outfit they don’t deserve to wear the shirt.

That BT Sport commentary was painful - was like the ghost Don Revie was commentating

I love Glenn Hoddle to bits (best THFC player I have ever seen, by miles and miles), but I do wish he’d have managed to climb out of Bielsa’s arsehole at some point during the game

Jose's been buying Sergio pork again. Is this normal? First a ham, now a piglet. Should we be concerned?

Actually, maybe this is like on the Top Gear challenge shows, where Jeremy buys Richard a 1:50 model of a Spanish Galleon to lug round Vietnam. After every match Jose has bought Sergio some hugely awkward gift. I bet tonight he's trying to get a Llama home, or a fucking great matchstick model of the Taj Mahal.

Sergio doesn't deserve presents atm...

No I'm making a thing out of Bergwijn being out of form and confidence because some of our players like him are having it drained from them because they don't get enough of the ball each game so they don't get enough touches. They don't get a chance to get into the game. Hats off to Harry & Son but many of the other attacking players don't suit or aren't enjoying the system.
And you have proof of this that you're willing to share with the group?

Think he's only got 3. May be wrong
I do know the graphic that BT put up said five yellows. However, a Leeds player (can't remember who) who got a yellow which was his fifth of the season and they flashed a graphic that said he'd miss their next game, which they didn't do for Hojbjerg. So, I'm unsure too.

EDIT: Just checked the PL website and you're absolutely right, luRRka - he only has three.

Phillips was the player who picked up his 5th yellow and misses their next game. Hojbjerg picked up his third

Leeds may be 'Born to run'
but they got 'Shaken, rattled and rolled'.
Pleased.
We responded well to the need to play a bit more.
Fine start to start to 2021
in what might have been a tricky fixture.
'I'm starting to believe that this could be the start of something good'

Has anyone else picked up how often Dier is sloppy with his distribution from defence when under little pressure. It Doesn't seem to depend on length of pass either. Just noticed it the last few games and also against Leeds today?
