I'd like to see Bale be subbed on more in the league. It is hard to see what he can do in Europa league with the talent around him. He has always stepped up in big games, put him on for 20 minutes in some league games with our main XI and see what happens.

I am or was a big fan of winks, but for the style of football we play now, he is not needed. He just slows things down, he is not conducive to counter attack play and he doesn't tackle.
He doesn't look hungry.
