Where was the club when everyone was selling tickets on StubHub triple the price for about two seasons recently.
Anyone aware of any passport spot checks at the stadium ?
Will this be to match up passport with tickets?
Think that's just the law in Spain - lots of European countries require you to carry ID at all times, UK is a bit of an exception in that.there was a link somewhere that said about either make sure you have your passport on your or a scanned copy or picture on your phone. sorry can't remember where it was, what thread or page

Can't argue with that statement but..... fuck the fans who thought they could rip off fellow fans selling their tickets. It's a fucking disgrace and they deserve the bans they got.Where was the club when everyone was selling tickets on StubHub triple the price for about two seasons recently.

I used stubhub to sell tickets for Spurs when I couldnt get to games.. but only at face value. I think the platform is great to be honest but it is seriously abused. The problem isnt the site, the problem is the people using it to profiteer rather than simply make thei rmoney back on the ticket spend.
Anyone who collected tickets, did you NEED a printed version of the ticket confirmation email? If I have my passport/ driving id, season ticket card and the email confirmation on my phone (demonstrably the original within the email account) should that suffice?
I agree with your post. It was also really good if you couldn’t get to games at the last minute. You could stick your ticket on there for a tenner or something like that and it would go. Can’t do that with the current exchange. Spurs just need to run something like stubhub but with a limit on the face value price and you can list it at whatever price under that you like.
Good point, i cant imagine someone will want to pay £60 for a game that is mid week on TV whereas with stubhub i would have put it on for say £40. I would expect Spurs to allow us to dictate what price we will want providing it is the equivalent or lower than the price paid for as part of the ST.
Id rather have £40 and miss out on £20 than having nothing.
I also dont really like the idea of not being able to transfer the additional cup game tickets we purchase, had that experience with the Ajax game where they can cancel the ticket with atleast seven days notice but that game wasnt really seven days away when purchased - albeit potentially an exception in this case.
Yes, I bought a pair of bus tickets online to get back to Toledo after the game ( game finishes well after the last train) I had to provide an i.d with my booking and am expected to show it with my ticket when I board the busThink that's just the law in Spain - lots of European countries require you to carry ID at all times, UK is a bit of an exception in that.
Same here. And the police have the right to ask for your ID for any reason at any time. Could happen if trouble starts I guess.Yes, I bought a pair of bus tickets online to get back to Toledo after the game ( game finishes well after the last train) I had to provide an i.d with my booking and am expected to show it with my ticket when I board the bus
no email my end, just confirmationI’ve had a chaser email asking for the extra info. Has everyone had it, whether you’ve given the info or not?

I gave info for both dad and I, and he got the chaser. I’ll resubmit to be on the safe side.I’ve had a chaser email asking for the extra info. Has everyone had it, whether you’ve given the info or not?
not being funny because I'm not a drinker (due to meds) but you shouldn't need to be tanked up to enjoy a football match. Most are going to be there most of the day drinking in bars, would 2 hours without a beer kill anyone.
