I've emailed TC twice, been on the phone for over 50 minutes with no reply, and there are no on-line agents who can answer you - pile of utter shit of a company
The phone on the site and booking details says Monday-Friday. Have actually been with them on trips three times before and have always thought they were well organised. Obviously this is a much bigger thing though. I’m still waiting but hopeful all will be fine on Monday.

It actually open Saturday (phone lines ) just not enough people to deal with the volume of call unfortunately

If you look at their Twitter (and their tweets and replies) TC are replying to people saying look out for emails on Monday.

My mate was on the phone to them on Friday and they said if it wasn’t Friday we’d hear on Monday.

I would do anything for love ....but i won't do that.

I have been frantically trying to sort out madrid and may still go...

Been offered 3 tickets for 10k for me and my 2 sons
Air fare 2k hotel 2k and no direct flights im in cyprus! 2 stops on return!! 14k plus spending!!!!

i ACTUALLY seriously thought about it, all that once in a lifetime bollocks, even got the green light from the wife...( a day after i got tickets to Barcelona to take her see Michael Buble in sept mind you ,so that made her sweet!...)

But im gutted to admit i thought fuck off , im not being fucked right up the arse to see my beloved team.

I will be no less happy watching it anywhere, so long as we win it and im with people i love with me.

So we are having a massive bbq around the pool in cyprus , with loads of proper yids ,family and mates and that will do me fine

lets just win the fucker!!

And to all those greedy *****, including hotels and airlines...GO FUCK YOURSELF!!
well said

Seems to be the same as the foreign office advice. One thing that concerns me is that they want us to arrive as early as possible but yet:

“Flares, fireworks, alcohol, cans, glass, bottle tops or containers over 1/2 litre are not allowed in the stadium.
Soft drinks and food are available inside the stadium.

That implies they won’t serve beer inside the main areas? I’m sure the 55% of attendees (Uefa/hospitality) will have no problem with free drinks so would be pretty annoyed if this was true. Big disincentive to go 2/3 hours early which we probably would choose to do if we can get some beers inside.

There was no beer inside the ground or outside once you'd gone through ticket barriers last season.

But then last year we also weren't serving beer at Wembley on CL nights, whereas we did this season, so might be different?

Spurs’ stance on selling on tickets is a bit disengenuous. Sure there are a bunch of scammers out there but the 13k or so actual fans with a ticket wont be selling the tickets. The corporate sponsors in the rest of the allocation and the UEFA family members will be much more likely to sell them for 3k+ on stubhub and Spurs wouldnt dare say anything about that. Also any ticket the club does take away wont go back out to to be sold, it would be given to a sponsor. Feel for the fans who were unable to get a ticket solely due to the corporate greed by Spurs, Liverpool and UEFA.

Well as a person looking for a ticket I can assure you there are plenty of tickets for sale from "actual fans" who have brought them direct from the club. I've been told a few times that i can see email confirmation from club and meet them at club on collection to verify they are genuine! plus the ones on stubhub that say Tottenham and are in the same blocks some of the guys in here have brought from are clearly "actual fans". These tickets have been and are still on sale upwards of £3.5k for tickets worth £60/£150.
But there is some good, I have also on a cpl of occasions been offered match tickets at face value from actual fans if their plans fell though for some reason, none of which have come off yet. But as i said to them if they are willing to do that for someone else they deserve to go themselves and I really hope it works out for them.

Plus there’s no names on the tickets, so it will be quite easy to sell them on. These are the people the club want to get. Not those people who share a season ticket (I know that’s not allowed) I suspect. Imagine tossing a coin to see which one of you goes if you’re in that position though.

The club should have made it clear that anyone buying a ticket should make every effort to go. If you couldn't for whatever reason then you could either hand back to the club or pass onto a fellow Spurs fan for face value. The way to monitor it would be a to create a one off email address that you could mail into if you felt that you'd been fleeced for a ticket with the seat location, block number and price you paid! they will know exactly who's ticket it was and who to doc LP's off so they don't get first choice next time.

Good to know!! unless you knew the person I would struggle to sell at face value as I would worry they are just going to sell it on again for a massive profit...

I've given up looking £3.5k is mentall!! Heading off to Madrid anyway I have a smidgen of hope I might get lucky whilst out there, If not I will just enjoy the ride!!

I think you would always sell to someone you know or to someone who could prove they had flights and accommodation booked like me.

Honestly only two ways I think anybody more than 1 or 2 LP away will get offered a ticket at this point. One is if sponsors etc did actually give some back to the clubs - highly unlikely. The second is if Thomas Cook goes bust or otherwise is able to run very few flights, leaving lots of people with tickets but no feasible way to reach Madrid - which would be a real shame.

And if the tickets then get handed back to the club, i feel sorry for the genuine fans that may miss out buy from my perspective there may be few more tickets floating about hopefully bringing the price down a bit.

It’s that corporate greed that will give us the 105m prize money for being in the final sadly . It’s a money game these days
