Talk in the agent world is that they are looking to stay away from deals like this, and instead are looking for younger hungrier players due to Sanchez and pogba. Well se I guess.
Wouldn't be surprised. Spoken to quite a few Utd fans and they seem to want the club to get away signing these big names and rather go after younger, hungrier talent that have shown genuine potential at the higher level and those that can build an affinity with the club.

Well I guess RM have 24 million reasons to spur them to compromisePoch likes him but i can think of 34 million reasons annually why this may not happen unless something changes
You forgot to mention that Zidane himself was integral in getting Bale's head turn to leave us for Real Madrid in the 1st place. Karma! The irony of Bale situation is , RM used all sorts of underhand PR tactics to get him from us and now same club is trying so hard to alienate him from their fans using same media. With Zidane firmly against him I don’t think he will have much options left. Let’s see how this plays out.
We got to ignore Bale for time being & focus on strengthening where need to . If opportunity presents for Bale, of course we have to pursue some bargain deal...

I'm obviously having a rainbows and unicorns day but I'm quite happy with this info, as Poch's interest in Bale was one of the big question marks in the Bale thread.
I've highlighted 'unless something changes' as I actually think things are very likely to change. Bale and Barnett have RM by the balls to the tune of £102m, no way they let that go! Zidane has seemingly frozen him out to the point of no return which really weakens Real's hand. Unless they luck out with interest from China or a desperate move from an elite club, I think there could be a late Levy special to be done with RM being forced to cut some of their losses like City did with Adebayor (which is the only way I could ever see this happening anyway).
Utd - Most likely as they can afford huge wages and have longstanding interest. However as mentioned by Trix there seems to be a change of policy as evidenced by their moves for Daniel James and Sean Longstaff. Plus the fear of Sanchez mk II.
PSG - Again as mentioned by Trix maybe a part exchange could happen if Neymar or Mbappe went to Madrid. That said it looks like RM are going for Hazard, Jovic and Pogba/Eriksen, can they do a huge move on top of that? Also PSG would probably rather spend the cash on a Pepe or Sancho.
China - Have the money, especially if it becomes a free transfer, but highly doubt he'd agree to go.
Chelsea - Maybe if they had the ban overturned by CAS, although they are quite strict on 30+ players and do try and operate within their own means these days.
Milan/Inter - Maybe one of these could be mad/desperate enough to go for it.
Might just end up being the perfect storm for us all things considered, assuming Bale would choose us if the deal is right.
"May not happen." That's stunningly optimistic for JJ.Poch likes him but i can think of 34 million reasons annually why this may not happen unless something changes
Agreed. *Inserts “so you’re saying there’s a chance” pic*"May not happen." That's stunningly optimistic for JJ.
£34M = £650k per week, no one is paying that. Although an eye watering amount, physically paying a transfer fee for 1-2 not as good alternatives plus salaries over 3 years = greater than signing Bale for 3 years. I’m obviously not suggesting we pay him £34m per year but it doesn’t look so ridiculous when you need to sign circa 2 other players to contribute what Bale would.
