There’s no reasoning behind this at all but I just feel like he’s the sort of player that will not reach anywhere near the same heights next season or consistently

Agree, unless havartz has a release clauses may not aware of, I see no reason why they won’t be wanting atleast €60m for him , palace and West Ham will want at least £40m for AWB and Rice

I think AWB maybe 40, Havertz no idea..they never seem to keen to sell and if West ham were to sell Rice it would be upwards of 50mil ( I think they would straight up not deal with us now though)

I’m not actually that fussed about Rice, yeah he looks a good player but I think there’s much better players for the value West Ham will want

I think Rice could be got for £45 mill and Wan-Bissaka £35/40

Watched him a lot this season, today he was probably the best I've seen him. Ran the show against Fred and Pogba.
Way more proactive in both his press and pass than Dier too.

He’s more of a natural midfielder IMO, in terms of his awareness of what’s around him and his ability to turn away from danger (more mobile and has quicker feet).
Nothing new for him from what I have seen. Misses far too many chances to be considered a top striker.

We won't get a 'top striker' to sit on our bench week in, week out. It's why Llorente is such a good fit. We won't get a young striker who has any ambition either. The only way that happens is if you pay ridiculous wages to compemsate for them wasting their careers and we won't do that either.

If Rice had an interest in us, he wouldn't have signed a new contact with West Ham, ITK said we were in there asking.
AWB is now their most prized asset after they priced everyone out of Zaha (75m/150kpw), 50m min as Manure are interested.
