with all these large shopping lists I just can't see us doing it but we actually have to do it, big summer for Levy&co coming up.

I understand the point you're making, however:

Wanyama - Bad injuries, Could still come good
Lamela - Double hip problems, probably won't ever be as fit as he was
Rose - Injuries, nothing to major and has been fit as a fiddle recently

Sturridge doesn't need to arrive and play 90 mins, but as someone alluded to earlier he's cameos for Liverpool haven't been the greatest which would be my main concern.

Overall it was just a thought, and I highly doubt Mitrovic would come here to sit on our bench and play here and there when he could start for any team outside of the top 8.

Like Dan said, I'd prefer to keep Fernando if anything.

IIRC, JJ has said that we would be lucky if Wanyama or Rose could even pass a medical for another club.

Think Andre Gomes would be a pretty astute signing tbh.

Have watched Everton a few times this season and I have always enjoyed watching him play. Comfortable on the ball, carries it well and has a very good passing range (both long and short). Also read a stat that he covered more ground than any other PL player on the weekend so although a little slow, he's not exactly a luxury that needs to be carried through games.

We all know CM is a position we desperately need strengthening this summer and with the potential loss of Eriksen, bringing in someone with the ability to dictate and pass effectively over both long and short distances should be the priority for this position IMO. Gomes seems to tick these boxes, has adjusted well to the league and is available for a reasonable fee.

Feels like a similar situation to when we signed Toby tbh.

Seen footage of him surging forward with the ball as well

Not sure if this is something he does often?

Should Eriksen leave - which is very likely - I'd like to see Dele take his position as ACM. I know, they're not similar players but Spurs won't get a "similar" player to Eriksen anyway. Nor did they ever get a similar player to Modric either despite of the all the fans wanting it.
I think Dele will fit better in as a CMF than in the WMF/WF position he normally plays now-a-day - and then buy a fast, tricky "game changer" out wide instead who can play both in tight space as well as being a threat on counter attacks. Dele's excellent in timing his runs into the box and he's a good passer as well....but, although he's not slow, he's not fast enough to be a real counter attack threat.
Leon Bailey (I know rumours are Chelski are eyeing him) could be a good player to sign despite him not having played that well this season - which hopefully will put off some of his suitors as well as lowering his price (hopefully but not sure)...

Agree in principle, but Brandt might be a better shout than Bailey.

Max Kruse is a name once mentioned by a german source (Sky Sport Informations).
Already 31 but would love to see him here. Could be the CF cover for Kane but also play with him and behind him. Wouldn't cost a fortune and would be a decent player to have in rotation with our front four. Not the creative playmaker that could replace Eriksen though.

Honest question here, who would you prefer? Given our potential financial constraints:

Sturridge on a free or Mitrovic for a fee?

If they are going to be used as back up for Kane, I'd rather have Sturridge to be honest.

Available on a free and homegrown. He has what we need for cameos and possible starts when Kane is out injured. Could use the money elsewhere too.
Neither

Can be but I'd like a left footed attacker with pace and Bailey is one who fit that bill. But I wouldn't say no to Brandt.

Maybe we were there just to watch Álex Grimaldo or Jovic...Joao Felix is great but no way we have a slight chance to get him...
