I still think they won't look seriously at this until they have extracted the potential profits from Phase 3 and used it to reduce debt. With that still unresolved, it reduces the sale value of the enterprise.Btw, now that the stadium is up and running and by all accounts appears to be a real success, it will be interesting to see if Levy and Lewis will be looking to sell the club in the next 24 months. And for that matter, if there is much interested at their £2b much-touted asking price.

I believe the original planning consent is for 13 full-capacity events p.a. That was temporarily extended (controversially) for our tenure there.I wonder how many full capacity events Wembley stages in a year. The only sports events it gets full gate receipts is England which must be about 5 or 6 games a year. Everything is shared receipts.
